Services

Jorge.Studio provides bespoke AI-first creative, technical, and consultancy services, including film, television, commercial, supervision, VFX, tools, research, and delivery workflows. The site may also offer digital subscription plans, enterprise access, and prepaid online credit packs for image, video, and related AI production services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by the relevant written proposal, estimate, product terms, or agreement.

Payments

Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice or proposal. Late payment may delay delivery or further work.

For online plans or credit purchases, payment is due at checkout and access is granted subject to successful payment processing, fraud review, and account setup.

Currency

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees and invoices are issued in GBP. If a project is quoted or settled in another currency, that will be confirmed in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Returns

Jorge.Studio does not sell physical goods through this website, so a physical returns process is not applicable.

Refunds & Disputes

Jorge.Studio provides bespoke digital and creative services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are generally non-refundable once work has been scheduled, commenced, or delivered.

Subscription charges, digital access, and prepaid credit purchases are also generally non-refundable once processed, especially where credits, usage entitlements, or account access have been granted or used, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

If there is a billing concern or dispute, please contact clancy@jorge.studio promptly so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. Where required by law, nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.

Cancellations & Changes

Project cancellations should be made in writing. Work already completed, time already booked, and third-party costs already incurred may remain payable, depending on the agreed scope, timeline, and stage of the engagement.

Material scope changes, additional rounds of work, or revised delivery requests may require updated timing and fees.

Delivery Policy

Delivery timings, formats, approvals, and milestones are agreed per engagement. Because Jorge.Studio provides bespoke digital services, final delivery depends on the agreed scope, client feedback, asset availability, and any third-party dependencies relevant to the work.

For online plans and credit-based services, access is typically delivered digitally to the relevant user account or platform environment after payment confirmation. Credit balances, account entitlements, and service availability may depend on the selected plan, purchased package, and technical availability of the service.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property, usage rights, licenses, and final delivery rights are governed by the relevant project agreement. Any third-party software, platform, model, music, stock, or asset restrictions continue to apply.

Access to online tools, subscription features, or prepaid credits does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, systems, models, or platform technology.

Compliance

Services are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom, including export control, sanctions, intellectual property, platform, and model usage requirements where relevant. Jorge.Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate work where legal, regulatory, ethical, or compliance obligations cannot be met.

Transaction Security

Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Jorge.Studio does not store full payment card details on this website. Payment information is transmitted and processed using the security controls of the relevant payment provider.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jorge.Studio’s liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. Nothing on this page excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
